Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! the host was beyond amazing, providing helpful tips and being genuinely interested in our wellbeing. the location is unbeatable, right in the center of the old town. Air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during hot nights. the breakfast vouchers were a nice touch and the host's restaurant recommendations were spot on. an 11/10 experience!
One thing to note is that sound isolation in the old building isn't the best. You might hear some noise from nearby restaurants if you stay on the ground floor.

Our stay at the Family Entertainment was a blast! the central location made exploring Chania a breeze.

got the same spacious room with great amenities booked online, greatly enjoyed that. the place had a quiet atmosphere. the setting was particularly good, really close to the old town of chania and the center of the old town and all the restaurants, bars and overall fun.

The Junior Suites at Casa Della Favola are simply amazing! They are elegantly decorated with a touch of modern hospitality, making me feel like a true VIP guest. The comfortable seating area and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels added to the luxury experience. The private entrance and balcony were a nice touch, providing privacy and a beautiful view. And let's not forget about the tea/coffee maker, perfect for starting my mornings off right. I absolutely loved the cozy and chic ambiance of the suite.
One thing that I liked a little less was the fact that not all units had a patio. However, I understand that some guests may prefer the balcony option, so it's just a matter of personal preference.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The location is perfect, as the hotel is right in the heart of the old city. It's a short 5-minute walk to the bus station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Despite being in the old town, the neighborhood is quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff provided us with excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit in this charming city.
Nothing could have been better.
